- How We Deliver
The flower delivered items and shipped gifts are delivered in different ways.
Flower Delivered Items
Flowers are delivered by our affiliated florists or marriage agencies which are nearest to the ladies.
Shipped Gifts
The shipped gifts are delivered by express service. Normally it takes 2 to 5 days for the gifts for delivery.
So if you place an order which includes flower delivered items and shipped gifts, she may receive them at different time.
Note: The deliveries of the flowers and shipped gifts are available only in mainland China.
- Delivery Fee
The prices shown below the Flower Items images include the delivery fee which amounts to US$ 6.00, whereas US$ 6.00 will be charged as delivery fee for your other gifts in your order to be delivered to your lady.
- DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DAY
Flower delivered items
If you would like to have the flowers delivered to the lady by or on a particular day, we advise you to place your order three days ahead so that arrangement can be made.
Shipped Gifts
All the shipped gifts items are delivered by Express Service. Normally it takes 2 to 5 days, depends on the delivery location. So, we may not guarantee that the gifts can be delivered by or on a specific day. But if you place your order 7 days ahead or more, then arrangement can be made so that the gifts will more likely to be received by or on a specific day.
There may be some delay in delivering the gifts/flowers to certain lady who might go traveling or back to her hometown during some traditional Chinese festivals like the Spring Festival or the Mid-autumn Day. In that case, we'll rearrange the delivery once back in touch with her. If you have additional concern/request, please contact us.
- SUBSTITUTION MAY BE MADE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY
Flower Delivered Items
For flower arrangements, the items listed on our page are for reference when we arrange delivery. If the requested flowers are not available, we might use a substitute of another color or variety with the same price.
Gift Shipped items
The items listed in the page are supposed to show the types of gifts we can offer. Due to the flow of our stock and change on market preference, some of these items might be substituted by similar designs with equal value and size. This is to enable a timely delivery of your order.
- PRICING FOR HOLIDAYS
Price of some items increase around major holidays. So, please note that there may be a change when you choose a date that is near a major holiday for the delivery. If the price does not go up, then the price remains unchanged.
- RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED
In some cases, we may contact the recipients to ensure they will be at the delivery location for the accept of the delivery.
- SENDING FLOWERS AND GIFTS TO DIFFERENT LADIES
You are advised to place separate orders for sending flowers and gifts to different ladies.
- CANCELING AN ORDER
Flower Delivered Items
We cannot cancel orders for Flower Delivered Items that have already been dispatched for delivery or have already been delivered. To cancel or amend any order that has not yet entered the dispatch process, please contact us.
Gift Shipped items
We are unable to cancel orders for shipped products that have already shipped out. To cancel or amend any order that has not yet entered the dispatch process, please contact us.
