AsiaMatch protects its rights and interests according to the Terms of Service, in the meantime, protect the rights and interests of its strategic partners. Our mission is to put credibility and brand image above all else while running the business toward our goal. A strategic partnership is a formal alliance between AsiaMatch and an independent company. When the strategic partnership is formed, the company will become AsiaMatch's Authorized Service Provider.

AsiaMatch NEVER accepts application submitted by female members directly and we do not provide services to them. Standing in different positions in the service supply chain, AsiaMatch's mission is to build and develop its technology and system as well as participate in advertising, marketing, branding, and other business functions to attract male members. While the authorized service provider is responsible for seeking female members and providing services to them.

Sometimes, authorized service provider is referred as "Member Agency", "Authorized Agency", "Service Provider" or "Cooperated Company".

To become our strategic partner, you must:
(1) be a legally registered company
(2) possess required facilities in the office and good reputation
(3) have qualified translator and management staff
(4) have no intention to further develop business competitive or harmful to AsiaMatch's any time soon in the future

We only choose qualified applicants to cooperate with and we do not guarantee that all applications will be approved. Please note that the approval of your application is subject to AsiaMatch's own internal examination rules and requirements. If your company is yet to be started, a detailed business plan must first be submitted to us before applying for forming strategic partnership with us.

AsiaMatch never charges its strategic partner fees by whatsoever description, directly or indirectly.
Our strategic partnership policy is very favorable to the authorized service providers in terms of its profitability because:
(1) no alliance fees are chargeable;
(2) profits gained from female members are not shared and AsiaMatch never gains any interest from female members;

In other words, the site never gains any profits or revenues from the forming of strategic partnerships. Cooperating with AsiaMatch can help you put together the best plan possible to create additional channels of receiving revenues.

After passing through the examination process, applicant is required to pay a refundable good faith deposit. Such deposit is paid as to demonstrate the company's intention to provide authentic information and honest services. In the performance of no violation of terms of authorization, deposit will be refunded to company once partnership with AsiaMatch is ended.
