You must submit your application to one of our authorized service providers which AsiaMatch has signed an agreement with for profile posting (or collectively, member agencies). Do not let that distress you. You may communicate with the male member through our Express-EMF Mails. If you receive mails from gentlemen, the member agency will contact you and invite you to come to their office. Staff of the agency will help you print and translate the mails. Similarly, your reply mail will be translated from Chinese into English and it will be delivered to the male member through our system. In case you cannot come to the agency's office in person, you may authorize the agency to help you deliver the translated message via phone, fax or email. Certainly, we strongly recommend you to come to the agency in-person and reply the message.

According to the agreement signed with the authorized service provider, member agency is NOT allowed to charge lady members fees by whatsoever description, directly or indirectly for the communications in the EMF Mails system. That is, agency cannot charge lady members for reasons related to sending or receiving mails, printing of copies and translation services.

AsiaMatch has established strict mail delivery and translation procedures and all members are required to comply with them. We require agencies to keep all original written copies for routine verification use and ensure that all reply mails are true.

The content of the admirer mail is strictly translated in accordance with the lady's own wishes. The translated mail implies a truthful connection to a source and sources from the lady, which has been kept as evidence, such as the "Application form for sending Admirer Mail" signed by the lady, original written copy of the mail, original facsimile copy of the mail, etc.

Authorized agency staff is allowed to give suggestions when the lady writes her reply, however, the reply CANNOT be composed and written by the staff. Translator or the agency staff must double check the contents of the translated copy, and see if there is any meaning distortion or misinterpretation.

If the reply is not composed by the lady, or any dishonest act is found, severe punishments will be imposed on the staff. For seriously improper cases, sanctions will be imposed on the related agency, such as suspension of profile posting services and termination of cooperation with AsiaMatch. These preventive measures sound harsh but they should be taken as to reduce the possibility of complaints. Therefore, you (ladies) must NEVER authorize any agency to compose messages on your behalf.

Basically No. As stated in the Agreement for Authorized Service Provider, you must agree that the economic activities which you engage with any service providers that we cooperate with are never related to our site. AsiaMatch claims no responsibility or liability for these economic activities. Any disputes between the female members and the agency must be solved by themselves.

AsiaMatch is legally independent from the authorized service providers or the affiliated corporations and our site will NEVER provide direct services to female members. As a platform and tool for the member agencies, the role of AsiaMatch is just to help ladies find the right partner for marriage. We NEVER authorize any agency to charge lady members fees for any reasons.

We noticed that there may exist service agreement between the lady and the authorized agency for your communication with the male members who registered to websites other than AsiaMatch.com. In this case, you might be charged by the agency on certain grounds of cost. However, this cost is NEVER related to AsiaMatch. As stated in the agreement, our site claims no responsibility for the economic activities engaged between female members and agencies. No legal and economic relationship exists between lady members and AsiaMatch. In no event will AsiaMatch be liable for any undesired conditions or consequences arising from your economic activities.

In a word, authorized agencies or its staff CANNOT charge lady members fees in the EMF Mail Process or other services provided by AsiaMatch, regardless of the grounds of cost charged by the agency. Failure to do so could mean a violation of the terms of service with our site. If you find suspicious violation case, please report the case to us.

AsiaMatch is legally and economically independent from the local agencies or the affiliated corporations. The commercial relationship can be explained as cooperation. The corporations are the authorized service poviders, or collectively called "member agencies".

Marriage agencies who want to become the authorized service providers of AsiaMatch must submit their applications to us. Agencies must submit their supporting documents and the signed document prepared by our site's solicitor. Application will be approved after routine verification and examination.

Member agencies must comply with all the rules and regulations established by our site.

All member agencies share the equal status and we NEVER authorize the representation of AsiaMatch by any agency. All of our member agencies share the same network platform which provides valuable resources for lady members.
