Mr. Andrew Law is the major shareholder as well as the Director of our company.

Mr. Law is one of the most prominent solicitors in Hong Kong law circle and is qualified to practice in Hong Kong, Australia and England. He is directly in charge of all legal matters of AsiaMatch.

Mr. Andrew Law is now holding the posts of Honorary Counselor of the Hong Kong Computer Society and the Chairman of Management and Technology for Professional Practice Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong. Prior to joining AsiaMatch, he worked for many distinguished international enterprises and was responsible for legal works. He once worked with Philips China / Hong Kong (89-92) in the electronics & infrastructure areas in China, then on real estate development & franchising with McDonald's China (93-96), and later moved on to the hospitality law area as International Attorney (Asia Pacific) with Inter-Continental Hotels Corporation (96-98).

Mr. Law is now working with different departments of AsiaMatch to:
a). Frame all legal documents (both written and electronic) related to AsiaMatch.
b). Protect the copyright of AsiaMatch and ensure that our technology system and business mode will not be violated.
c). Sign the agency authorization documents
d). Take legal actions against agencies which make use of the authorization to commit fraud.
