Credit Refund

(1). The credit can be refunded to your Chnlove account under the following circumstances.

    a. You have sent repetitive Express-EMF mails to the same lady at a time by mistake.
    b. You receive an Express-EMF mail which belongs to another recipient.
    c. The Express-EMF mail with identical content is sent to you more than once by mistake.
    d. Any Express-EMF mail you received proved to be fraud after investigation.
    e. Other reasons which are provided by you and accepted by Chnlove.

(2). Hereby we state evidently our principles of credit refund:

     a. Chnlove has established cooperation with local dating and marriage agencies in major cities in Asia and each is independent. Though they all aim at top-quality service, some may be able to provide comparatively better services. Meanwhile, the ladies are all unique individuals with different personalities and attitudes. Hence, their conduct cannot be guaranteed. Chnlove hopes you understand that any single agency does not stand for any other, nor any single lady for her counterpart. They are all independent. If you encounter any problem with a particular agency or lady, please be reminded that you have to inform us of their agency ID or Lady ID so that we can carry out prompt investigation and handle the case effectively. Once you are proved to be in one of the mentioned situation, your refund can be claimed.

    b. The local marriage agencies which work with Chnlove all work in an 'As-Is' basis, no Qpid Credit will be returned due to dissatisfaction of the content of the Express-EMF Mail or any deviance of the profile information the lady submitted.

    c. Your unused Qpid credits cannot be converted into money and refunded.


Money Refund

(1). You are eligible for demanding a refund for your order of flower/gift delivery under the following circumstances:
    a. You can cancel the delivery order only before the flowers/gifts are dispatched and demand a refund.
    b. You will be informed of at the earliest time possible if the flowers/gifts are not delivered successfully and be refunded.

(2). The unused Qpid credits cannot be converted into money and refunded. Unless reasons are provided by our clients and are accepted at the discretion of Chnlove, then the credits can be converted into money and be refunded upon the termination of the membership of the client.

(3). The amount of money refunded would NOT exceed the amount of payment you have paid for the particular services or products on Chnlove.com


Declaration

Please contact us if you demand a refund for the above reasons. Once your case is qualified, you will be able to receive the refund. Any Chargeback of credit card payment without previous contact with our side would be considered as dishonest or deceitful. We reserve the right for taking appropriate legal actions in our sole discretion.
