You can attach up to 3 photos in JPG format in each EMF mail.
After you login to your account on Chnlove, continue through the EMF Mail drafting process to the "Compose Page", click the "Add a photo" link, and follow the steps below.
- Click the "Choose file" button. This allows you to select a photo from those which are saved on your computer.
- Locate and select the photo file you want to post. Photos must be no more than 8MB in total and must be in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP or GIF format.
- Click the "Open" button. There might be some delay or lag time while your item is being sent to us, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your web connection.
- Click the "Upload" button.
In order to give your lady a good impression, please do not attach any nude or indecent photos in your mail. When you have selected the right photos, it's better to modify them into proper sizes (preferably within 8M in total), which will help speed up the uploading process. | |

Is there a word limit for my EMF mail? |

Our system limits the length of each EMF mail to 6000 characters. This is an adjustment we made based on the feedbacks from our service providers.
As you know, there are responsible translators inside each of the service providers that we are cooperating with. They help translate clients' messages into Chinese, notify ladies of their content, and then translate ladies' replies into English. To ensure the quality of our email translation service, we need to set an acceptable word limit to the EMF message.

Can I save an unfinished message without sending it? |

Unfortunately, we do not support this function at this moment. Therefore, we suggest that you type the letter in a MS Word or Notepad editor first, then "copy" and "paste" it to the EMF Message text box. Similarly, to save an unfinished message without sending it, you are advised to save your message by using these word processing applications. Next time that you think you are ready to send the message, go to our compose page, copy and paste the words, and send it. As each letter is cost, you should always return to proofread it later to make final decisions. | |

How is my message delivered to my lady and how long? |

When delivering your message, the service provider will get in touch with the lady, and decide a preferable way to forward your message and notify her. They will either use email, fax, or telephone, to explain the detailed information. And the lady will be encouraged to go to the agency office to collect the letter.
We require the local service providers that cooperate with us to deliver your EMF message "as-is" to your ladies. That means, all the information within your message (such as photos, contact information) will be delivered to her.
Chnlove has imposed strict requirements on all the service providers that each EMF message should be delivered to the expected recipient within 24 hours. You may keep track of the process by the status located in front of your message. If our service provider meets with some difficulty in delivering your message to the lady, its staff will leave you a remark informing you of the situation. How long will I receive the reply from my lady in ordinary case? |

Generally speaking, you will receive reply within 72 hours. When your message is forwarded to the lady by the local service provider, she is expected to provide a reply as soon as possible. As soon as she finishes writing her reply, the service provider will translate it into English and send the piece to you through our mail delivery system.
In case the lady couldn't reply you in time due to personal reasons, or few translators are on duty on public holidays, the agency will leave you a remark informing you of the situation.

If I send a message to someone, how can I tell if they've received it? |

Login to your account, and click 'Sent Mail' in the "Contacts" section, and check the status of your sent mails. There are three types of status which can be found for your sent message.
- U: Your Express-EMF mail is to be printed by the agency.
- P: The agency has received and will deliver your mail to the lady ASAP.
- D: The agency has delivered your mail to the lady.

How do I forward the EMF mails to my emails? |
| |
Login to your account, click and view your message. By clicking the link "Forward this mail to my E-mail" at the bottom of each message, EMF mails will be then forwarded to your personal email account (the account you use during registration at Chnlove.com). To protect the privacy of you and the ladies, we do not support the forwarding services to other email accounts.
If you want to forward the mail to another email account, you may change your login email. Once you update the new email address, the system will automatically forward your messages to your new mailbox. | |

Why can't I see new EMF Mails while I have received EMF notifications? |
| |
A notification for EMF Mail, which is automatically generated by our system, might occasionally arrive a little later than the ladies' EMF message itself. In that case, please kindly check the corresponding EMF mail from the lady that our notification message is notifying of. You might have already read it before you received the notification email.
Another possibility is that our service provider might have accidentally made an operational mistake when sending you a lady's EMF mail, and immediately that letter has been hidden from your account so as not to cause you any confusion.

What should I do if I prefer not to receive the lady's reply? |
| |
If you no longer wish to receive a lady's reply from our site, you might use the "Block List" function. However, we recommend you not to add your lady to your block list right away without giving any signs or hints because it will leave the lady a very negative impression and do harm her confidence in online communication.
In case you consider that the lady is unsuitable and it is hard to carry on your relationship, you should tell the lady about your true feelings and your decision. It is probably that the lady can understand and appreciate your decision. Then you may add the lady's ID to your Block List.
Once you have done that, our system will automatically block her mails to you. It means that, a warning message will appear telling the service provider that you no longer wish to receive her mail.
On the other hand, if you wish to lower your spending on EMF Mails, you may discuss this issue with your lady about the possibility of private personal contact. So, before that you must know whether she has access to the Internet and whether she can communicate in English. Most importantly, you should know how she feels about personal contact at the early stage of communication. If you have any questions about the reply you got from the lady, we advise you to "Rate Your Satisfaction" for the work done by the service provider. You can do this by choosing from the options available in the survey under the message content. In this way, you may also let us know your comment about this message so that we could check with the related service provider and get the real situation.
Chnlove will constantly review the statistics, evaluate the ratings and form a conclusion upon that. If ratings in general are found to be unsatisfied, we will require agencies to better their services by providing assistance, guidance and training.
