How does the CL Credit system work? |

When there are credits available in your account, one credit is deducted once you send or receive an EMF Mail. For every address request, two credits are deducted.
You cannot send out EMF mails or make an address request if there is no credit left in your account. But the ladies can continue to reply your messages, and their letters will be kept in your EMF Received Mails. You may view these mails after you purchase new credits. It is until you purchase new credits and view the letters will credits be deducted. For the mails unread by the gentleman, credits will not be deducted. | |

Is there a monthly payment service? |

Sorry, we do not include any monthly or annual membership packages. Instead, we adopt a credit system to charge members fees. Will my credits expire? |

Those credits that you purchased will be kept under your account without time limit. In other words, if you have not finished them all, the left credits will be kept until you use our service again. | |

Where can I get my credit and billing history? |

- Click "My Credits" in the "Contacts" section.
- Select "History" to view your credit history.
Here you can view the last 30 records of your credit history, including the purchase you made, EMF mails deduction, Address Request and Credit Adjustment.
