Chnlove has selectively chosen only some of the marriage agencies to establish cooperation with after thorough investigation and serious consideration. They all have to satisfy the following requirements:
1) The marriage agency must be a legal one.
2) The agency must sign a cooperation contract with Chnlove and agree to comply with our service procedures and requirements when handling service items specified.
3) The agency must be equipped with computers, printers, scanners and have access to the Internet.
4) There must be qualified translators responsible for handling the translation work of the Express-EMF Mail Service, Cupid Note and Admiration letters, as well as other services that Chnlove offers to the gentlemen members. | |

The duties of Chnlove Service Provider include:
1) Interviewing the ladies, verifying and submitting lady profiles to Chnlove;
2) Introducing our male members' profiles to the ladies;
3) Translating ladies' admiration letters and send them to the gentlemen;
4) Handling the Cupid Note service, offering free translation service to the ladies;
5) Dealing with the Express-EMF Service, and providing free translation service to ensure smooth communication between people of different languages and cultures.
6) Providing assistance for both the male members and the ladies when necessary. | |

What is the relationship between Chnlove and the service providers? |

Chnlove and the service providers enjoys a cooperative relationship rather than the one between superior and subordinate.
Chnlove service providers are independent business entities and they have their interior business modes. To offer better and comprehensive services to the ladies, some of them even cooperate with other companies besides Chnlove.
And as an on-line platform for the gentlemen to communicate with the ladies, Chnlove does NOT and will NEVER participate in the operation of the agencies, accept profiles submitted directly by ladies or charge any lady for enjoying our services. | |
