Local marriage service provider Chnlove (Chnlove.com, hereinafter referred to as "the site") presently cooperates with provides you the Services of publishing your information. They are provided to gentleman members on "as is" basis as they were made available to Chnlove.com through registered third party service provider, which is responsible for duties such as mails redirection, translation. The site will irregularly amend, remove, or add to the terms on this agreement. You can contact your service provider to obtain the most current version of the terms. Accordingly, such modifications should be effective immediately after being posted on the site and replace the old version(s). All lady members are bound to agree the terms on this agreement (including but not limited to the up-to-date versions).

1. Eligibility
   
   You are female and must be at least 18 years old to register for the Services. In the meantime, you have the legal right to seek for a spouse under local laws. While using the Services, your other purposes outside of marriage are prohibited.
   
   
   
2. Application
   
   You must complete the "Application Form - Publishing Ladies' Information" by yourself. All information completed must be true. At least one color photo of better quality should be provided and it should reflect a true likeness of your face. Pursuant to the site's requirements, you must provide contact information which is valid and and true.
   
   
   
3. Publishing, Amendment and Removal of Information
   
   The site has the right to contact you by means stated with regard to verifying all of the statements made in the application. Contact information for male members' access will be published on the site's platforms (mainly Chnlove.com, Chnlove.com). You can demand Service Provider to amend, hide and remove your contact information at any moment.
   
   
   
4. Services
   
   It is free for you to receive and send mails, as well as printing and translating mails. You should reply mails written by male members in a timely manner. When exchanging information and corresponding between members, you should be honest and polite. If you decline a member for further contact, you should state your reasons with courtesy. We reserve the rights to remove your profile information if you:
   a) Cannot be contacted through telephone number(s) had previously stated in three consecutive days; or
   b) Ignore incoming mails from male members; or
   c) Your reply is found to be dishonest.
   
   You should act with honesty and abide by the law when using the site. We reserve the rights to pursue the matter in a court of law if inappropriate manners or improper purposes of yours cause loss of the Service Provider, male members or others.
   
   
   
5. Property, Priced Valuables and Effects
   
   Under any circumstances, you should act with honesty and cannot solicit any valuables from male members by all means. Prior to confirming your marital status with other male members, you should not accept any priced valuables voluntarily given by male members. If you contravene this rule, the site can evaluate the matter pursuant to our own considerations and judgments, and adopt corresponding measures, including, but not limited to, removing your profile information.
   
   
   
6. Fees chargeable to lady members
   
   Chnlove never charges lady members fees by whatsoever description, directly or indirectly. In other words, the site never gains any interests from lady members. Please bear in mind, however, there may exist service agreement between you & service provider by which cost spent on the Service for your communication with the male members from the agency. However, we NEVER require any local marriage service providers charge lady members for reasons pertinent to sending or receiving mails, printing of copies and translation services. At the same time, you must agree that the economic activities which you engage with any service providers that we cooperate with are never related to the site. The site claims no responsibility for that.
   
   
   
7. Disclaimer
   
   In no event will Chnlove and authorized service providers be liable for any undesired conditions or consequences arising from your conducts. We do not have any liability to claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or other expenses that do not arise directly or indirectly out of or from our subjective will or any irresistible reasons.
   
   
   
8. Privacy
   
   When you submit your personal information (including without limitation, application forms, photos, copy of supporting documents such as personal identity card and the like subjects) through the local service provider that this site cooperates with, you give consent to making use of the information. Under no circumstances can we sell or release any of your information to any third party, or use it for any business purposes, without your permission. However, if we get complaint from other members about the authenticity, disputes or controversies of your information, you must agree that the site will exhibit your information to related parties as proof.
