In order to have a profile listed on our site, a lady must:
1). register to be a member of the local dating and marriage agency;
2). be clearly explained about the role of Chnlove and the agency, read and agree with
     the Terms of Use of Chnlove for ladies.
3). fill out the Application Form for Profile Listing with accurate and authentic personal
     information, where her contact information must be provided.
4). sign on the Application Form.
5). provide related marriage and identity documents, and recent photos.

Once lady has submitted the application to the agency, agency needs to:
1). carefully check the Application Form if the required information has been filled out
     correctly;
2). have the Application Form signed by the agency's director to effect the application;
3). submit "As-Is" the lady's profile to our database and key in her profile details prior to
     validate the SMS verification code entered by the lady;
4). scan and upload the lady's Application Form, her photos and identity document to
     our database for further review.

When a lady's profile is submitted by the local service provider, Chnlove will:
1). go through the lady's profile and check carefully if the lady's Application Form, her
     photos and identity document are all submitted in correct form.
2). conduct phone interviews with ladies on a random basis to confirm her full knowledge
     before posting her profile on our site.
3). keep in touch with the lady from time to time by phone to ensure information of the
     lady is updated. Profile will be removed if the lady cannot be contacted.

There are two primary requirements for the ladies to meet to update her profile:
1). It has been more than 15 days since she first posted her profile on our site or updated her profile last time.
2). At that time, she has no stable relationship.

Chnlove will review the request and then decide whether to grant an approval or not. If the lady is found to be communicating with several gentlemen already, her request will be refused. The profiles of ladies which have just been updated successfully will appear in Latest Refresh in the Photo Gallery.

If the lady has already found her ideal mate or is enjoying a stable correspondence relationship, she can suspend her profile posting service by hiding her profile. In this case, gentlemen can no longer search her profile on the site. At the same time, the lady can no longer send admiration mails to other gentlemen. Hiding her profile won't interrupt the current correspondence with the gentlemen.

She can simply go to the agency and request to hide her profile. Note that agency can switch this back to "visible" at any time after we grant an approval.

If a lady would like to have her profile removed due to engagement, marriage, or other reasons, there are procedures in which she can have it done:

1). Contact the local service provider
The lady can simply contact the local service provider responsible for her profile subscription and request the removal of her profile.

2). Contact Chnlove directly
The lady can also contact Chnlove directly. We will remove her profile after verification.

Besides, if a lady has violated the Terms of Use of Chnlove for ladies, we could also remove her profile from our website in our sole discretion.
