ChnLove.com currently have more than 30 affiliated local marriage agencies in mainland China, which do not only help many western singles to make their dreams come true, but their impressive services also continually earn us reputation.

However, everything is a little away from perfection. ChnLove has set up strict procedures and requirements which our affiliated agencies must follow and fulfill but there are still possibilities that they may be violated.

1. Why Chnlove fights against fraud?
   
   (a). ChnLove pays the services , for example, translating and forwarding the EMF Mails etc., which are offered by the affiliate agencies in mainland China and it has imposed strict measures on them to ensure the service quality. If the agencies act any fraud, it means that they do not only attempt to deceive our male clients but also ChnLove.
   
   (b). Quality service is the key to ChnLove's success. So we put efforts on fighting against all dishonest behaviour of the affilated agencies or their staff which violates our measures and procedures and lead to any harm to our reputation as well as the confidence of our clients .
   
   So, we urge you to report any suspicious cases or unsatisfying services.
   
   
2. What measures does ChnLove employ to avoid deceptive behavior of the agencies?

3. What should I do if I suspect any dishonest act or have experienced unsatisfying service?
   
   In that case, please file a complaint immediately. We will put your complaint to our top priority and carry out prompt investigation. Normally, result will come out within 3 working days.

4. What will ChnLove do after receiving my complaint?
   
   Once Chnlove receive your complaint, we will thoroughly review and evaluate it, and then carry out immediate investigation in the appropriate means based the specific situation.
   
   Normally, we would forward your complaint to that agency, and require them to give us a reasonable and concrete explanation or related evidence. If it is not sufficient to convince Chnlove and our male customer, we would make a direct telephone contact with that lady related, so as to find out the truth. For certain cases, we would contact the lady directly without informing the agency of your complaint.
   
   
5. What will Chnlove do if the case is proved to be a misconduct?
   
   

   After investigation, if what stated in your complaint is proved to be a misconduct, , then, the affiliated agency involved will face severe punishment in our sole discretion. We will require the agency to state clearly how such things happened in handling the services, and what measures it will take to prevent such misconduct from taking place again. According to the written agreement, if the agency fails to give ChnLove a reasonable explanation and to prevent the same case to happen again on the future, then ChnLove may consider terminating cooperation with it and remove all the lady profiles it has submitted. For severe fraudulence, we would even make a lawsuit.
   
   As for our client, we would express our heartfelt apology, besides, we will return your credits used involved in that particular case or even refund your money according to the refund policy.
