- Who are they?
The success of Chnlove has much to do with the matchmaking agencies. Through forming strategic partnership with prominent, finest and most trusted local matchmaking agencies in more than 40 cities in Asia, our platform can take full advantage to offer invaluable services for Western gentlemen and Asian ladies, including letters translation, travel reception and cross-cultural dating consultations.
Chnlove takes the form of cooperation to work with matchmaking agencies, which are economically independent from us, and they are often referred as "Member Agencies", "Authorized Agencies", "Service Providers", "Authorized Service Providers", "Cooperated Companies", or collectively "Agencies".
Today, as the premier provider of matchmaking solutions for thousands of gentlemen, strict procedures and regulations are continuously updated and enforced, which helps to ensure the utmost currency and relevance to users are maintained.
- Requirements
In order to become the official service provider, local matchmaking agency must meet our own criteria, including but not limited to the followings:
1). It must be a legally registered one.
2). It must sign a cooperation agreement with Chnlove, and agree to comply with our service procedures and requirements when handling specified service items.
3). It must be equipped with computers, printers, scanners and have access to the Internet.
4). There must be qualified translators responsible for handling the translation work of the Express-EMF Mail Service, Cupid Note and Admiration mails, as well as other services that Chnlove offers to gentlemen members.
As a true independent platform, all agencies cooperated with us are equal and we NEVER authorize the representation of Chnlove by any agency. All agencies share the same network platform which provides valuable resources for lady members.
- Duties
Agencies bring translation, dating consultation and unmatched experience to bear. Duties of the agency are listed here categorized by the following relationship stages:
Before starting:
- Interview the ladies, verify and submit lady profiles to Chnlove;
- Introduce our male members' profiles to the ladies;
When communicating:
- Translate ladies' admiration mails and transfer them to the gentlemen
- Handle the Cupid Note, offer free translation service to the ladies
- Assist the operation of the Express-EMF Mail exchange, and provide free translation service to ensure smooth communication between two sides
- Provide dating consultation services to break the cross-cultural differences
Meeting & Getting together:
- Design tailor-made assistance for gentlemen's arrival in China such as reception, translation, accommodation reservation, sightseeing and marriage planning
- Provide guidance and consultation for visa arrangements
- Answer any doubts or little questions gentlemen may have
- Integrity
To ensure the complete clients' satisfaction from beginning to long after everything is completed with ongoing support and quality assurance, we outlined some uniquely designed measures to help agencies ensure services stay smooth, and maintain a high level of quality throughout the entire process:
Feedback rating of the EMF service: This rating is based on the male member's experience when receiving each EMF mail reply translated and transferred by the agency. Comments will be provided as well. We constantly monitor and review the feedbacks and comments, and look into the matter in light of various violations.
Feedback rating of the meeting: Gentlemen are invited to tell everyone the experience of visiting the agency or its ladies. It is an important measure to evaluate performances of the agency as a Service Provider, and helps refine their current services to achieve the best outcome in the future.
SMS Verification: An SMS will be sent to the lady's mobile phone when her agency submits her profile to Chnlove, and through that she is able to give consent for further contact from male members. Meanwhile, a notification will be sent to her via SMS when she receives an EMF Mail from gentleman. Not only SMS verification can help ladies engage in fast response, but it also helps effectively reduce the potential fraudulent cases.
Phone Interview: Chnlove has a group of specialists responsible for phone-interviewing. This step is requested when questions arise. Besides, Chnlove will also conduct interviews on a random basis. This has become necessary to ensure that her up-to-date knowledge about the agency is confirmed, as well as to open ways for agencies to improve the services.
The above measures have been established practice in Chnlove for a number of years and have been proven to be an effective deterrent against fraud and identity theft. To bring agency's services into line with Chnlove, we will provide further training and specific programs to agency and its staff members.

- When unpleasant experience occurs
Having worked with some different types of agency, Chnlove understands that there are times when services are not perfect. We are willing to spend time and see what it takes to get the most of the solution.
The Chnlove Customer Service team and Quality Assurance Department try to resolve cases of inappropriate acts. We will consider the circumstances of an alleged offence and the user's correspondence record before taking action. Disciplinary action may range from a formal warning up to indefinite suspension of an agency's account. However, to be fair to all parties, if a complaint cannot be proven with certainty, Chnlove will not take action.
