Introduction
This agreement governs your participation in the ChnLove.com Affiliate Program.The ChnLove.com Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”) is operated by ChnLove.com. The term "Affiliate" shall hereafter refer to any individual, company or collective who participates in our Affiliate Program.

Becoming an Affiliate
To become an Affiliate of ChnLove.com, the prospective Affiliate will submit an online application to the ChnLove.com. ChnLove.com will evaluate that application and at its' sole discretion will either accept or reject the application. Potential reasons for rejection include (but are not limited to) that an Affiliate site is unsuitable on the grounds of publishing sexually explicit material, contains racist or sexist content or promotes illegal practices.

Term of the Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on the day it is entered into by the Affiliate and shall continue until terminated by the Affiliate or ChnLove.com.

Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. If any modification or change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

Use of ChnLove.com Banners, Links and Promotional Materials
ChnLove.com provides a variety of banner and text links that the Affiliate is invited to place on their site by means of copying the code provided. The right of copying the banners and text links is non-transferable. Once this code is placed into the Affiliate site it will create banner or text links to ChnLove.com. The Affiliate must not alter the design of these banner or text links in any way.

Termination of this Agreement
In the event of termination, Affiliate will immediately cease and desist from any activity allowed by these Terms and Conditions including cessation of the use of banners, links or promotional materials provided by ChnLove.com and the removal of same from Affiliate's web site.

The calculation of Commissions
Only valid members referred from the Affiliate are counted when calculating the commission. The amount of commission you will get for the month is counted after the last day of the month and before the 5th of next month and it is counted according to the commission calculating table in your affiliate account on ChnLove.com.

The Valid Member
ChnLove only pays the Affiliate commission if and only if the referral has registered as a valid member. For being a valid member, the referral must satisfy the followings:He must
a). have created a complete profile on ChnLove.com and verified his e-mail, AND
b). have registered through the IPs indicating the following Countries and Territories: United States, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, South Korea, Macau, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand.

Spam policy
Any affiliate found cheating or spamming through email or newsgroups will be banned from the program immediately and his payment seized.

Fraud Policy
As an affiliate you will not be entitled to a Commission from us for any referral that we determine or reasonably suspect is the result of fraudulent activity. We have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time to expand or modify what constitutes possible fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer
The affiliate program, including all services provided in the affiliate program, are provided ‘as is’ with no warranties whatsoever.ChnLove.com disclaims warranties for the security, reliability and performance of the affiliate program, including the service provided in connection with the affiliate program. In addition, ChnLove makes no representation that the operation of its site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and ChnLove.com will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Resolution of Disputes
You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or related to the Agreement shall be filed only in the Courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and that you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. No action arising under or related to the Agreement may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.
