1. How We Deliver

    Flowers items are delivered by our affiliated florists nearest to the ladies while shipped gifts are delivered by an Express Service.

    If you place an order which includes both flower items and shipped gifts, the lady may receive each at different times.


  2. DELIVERY FEE

    The prices shown below the images of flower items include the delivery fees, which is $6 USD, whereas $6 USD will be charged for delivery for other gifts.


  3. DELIVERY TIMES

    Flower Items
    Flower deliveries are usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on local conditions and the availability of the lady.

    Shipped Gifts
    It usually takes 2-5 days for gift deliveries to be completed. Please note that remote areas or the following provinces may require a delivery time of about one week or more:

    Northeastern provinces (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning)
    Northwest (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu)
    Tibet
    Inner Mongolia

    To reduce the risk of non-delivery during major holidays, please place your order at least 7 days prior to any major holidays. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Day, Chinese New Year, etc. are considered to be major holidays.


  4. DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DAY

    Flower Items
    If you wish to have flowers delivered to the lady by or on a particular day, we suggest that you place your order three days in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

    Shipped Gifts
    We cannot guarantee the delivery of shipped gifts by or on a specific day. However, if you place your order 7 days or more in advance, arrangements can be made so that the gifts are more likely to arrive by or on a specific day.


  5. WHERE WE SHIP

    We currently ship items to mainland China only.


  6. SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE MADE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY

    Flower Items
    For flower arrangements, the items listed on our site are for reference when we arrange delivery. If the requested flowers are not available, we might substitute them with those of another color or variety of the same price.

    Shipped Gifts
    The items listed on our site are supposed to show the types of gifts we offer. Owing to the flow of our stock and change of market preferences, some of these items may be substituted with those of similar designs of equal value and size. This is to enable a timely delivery of your order.

    If the gentleman refuses the replacement, equivalent credit points can be exchanged or refunded.


  7. DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAYS

    Please note that there may be a change in price if you choose a delivery date near a major holiday.

    Ladies may not be at home during major Chinese holidays, which can occasionally cause problems. This is a situation beyond our control. To reduce the risk of non-delivery during major Chinese holidays, you are strongly recommended to confirm delivery times and the address with the lady.


  8. RECIPIENTS MAY BE CONTACTED

    In some cases, we may contact recipients to ensure they are present at the delivery location for accepting the delivery.


  9. SENDING FLOWERS AND GIFTS TO DIFFERENT LADIES

    You are advised to place separate orders for flowers and gifts to different ladies.


  10. CANCELING AN ORDER

    We cannot cancel orders for flower items that have already been dispatched for delivery or have already been delivered. To cancel or amend orders that have not yet been dispatched, please contact us.


  11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Please contact us with photos (within 48 hours of receipt) for advice on the availability of a refund, exchange, replacement or repair of goods that you believe do not comply with quality standards.


  12. DISCLAIMER

    12.1   Always confirm if the lady is available to receive your items. We are not responsible for any loss after reception by the lady or any loss caused owing to the reception of delivery by someone else on behalf of the lady through her consent.

    12.2   For your protection and ours, we collect a signature from the recipient or receipt as proof of delivery. Proof of delivery will only be retained for three months from the date of signature and reception of the items.

    12.3   We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. If such a delivery is made, you assume complete responsibility for the purchase.

    12.4   Neither we, nor any affiliated florists or Express Service that we use, will be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
